CANCELLATION POLICY

NOTE: Our Policy includes a FEE OF $50 for missed appointments and for less than 24 hours’ notice of appointment.

Cancellations due to medical emergencies or severe weather conditions are exempt from this charge. Note that work is not considered an emergency.

** For those unable to pay the full amount, and available upon requests, we offer a sliding scale between ($50-$100) per treatment.

*** To verify, all you need to do is be sure to fill your profile's insurance section when you book with us. Once you're on the calendar, we send your information for verification and get back to you once we get a response. It tends to take 48-72 business hours.
